Each Ordinary Member shall be represented by one (1) authorised Members’ Representative. \n📌 Nomination Process for Committee Elections:\nMembers may nominate representatives using the nomination form: Submit your nomination here.\nPlease submit nominations by Friday\, 18 April 2025.\n \nYour participation is important to us and essential to meet quorum requirements.\nKindly RSVP by Tuesday\, 22 April 2025.\nTo ensure space availability at the physical venue\, we kindly request that attendance be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per company. \nImportant Notes:  \n\nOnly members in good standing (i.e. with fully paid membership fees) are eligible to vote or nominate representatives.\nIf your company is unable to attend you may appoint a proxy by informing us at admin@ctfas.org.\n\nFurther details on the nomination process and forms for submission of Member’s Representative and Nominee for Committee will be sent in a separate email. DESCRIPTION:On 17th Apr 2024\, we held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) alongside the 1st Committee Meeting of the year and a Tea Talk session at StoneForest. \nThe AGM provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and outline strategic plans for the upcoming term. This was followed by the inaugural Committee Meeting for 2024\, where key initiatives and goals were discussed. \nThe day concluded with an engaging Tea Talk featuring speakers from National Parks Singapore (NPARKS) and the Singapore Environment Council (SEC). Discussions centered on sustainability\, environmental conservation\, and collaborative opportunities\, leaving attendees inspired and informed. \nThe event was a productive start to the year\, fostering meaningful dialogue and setting the tone for impactful initiatives in 2024. \n
