DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cosmetic\, Toiletry and Fragrance Association of Singapore (CTFAS) will be held as follows: \n📅 Date: Friday\, 25th April 2025\n🕑 Time: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM\n📍 Format: Hybrid:\n     – Physical Venue: RSM Singapore Office\n     – Online Access: MS Teams (link to be shared upon RSVP confirmation)\n\nAGM Agenda: \n\nWelcome & Opening Address\nApproval of Previous AGM Minutes\nTreasurer’s Report\nSecretary’s Report\nPresident’s Report\nWorking Group Reports\nProposed Amendments to the Constitution\nElection of Office-Bearers and Committee Members (April 2025 – April 2027 Term)\nAny Other Business\n\nAs per our Constitution\, only Ordinary Members in good standing are eligible to vote. Each Ordinary Member shall be represented by one (1) authorised Members’ Representative. \n📌 Nomination Process for Committee Elections:\nMembers may nominate representatives using the nomination form: Submit your nomination here.\nPlease submit nominations by Friday\, 18 April 2025.\n \nYour participation is important to us and essential to meet quorum requirements.\nKindly RSVP by Tuesday\, 22 April 2025.\nTo ensure space availability at the physical venue\, we kindly request that attendance be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per company. \nImportant Notes:  \n\nOnly members in good standing (i.e. with fully paid membership fees) are eligible to vote or nominate representatives.\nIf your company is unable to attend you may appoint a proxy by informing us at admin@ctfas.org.\n\nFurther details on the nomination process and forms for submission of Member’s Representative and Nominee for Committee will be sent in a separate email.
