About The Speakers

Dr Alain Khaiat was awarded the first In-Cosmetics Lifetime Achievement Award in Paris in April 2010. With 40 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, he has served as VP, R&D and QA with Johnson & Johnson, Yves Rocher and Revlon. In 2006, Dr Khaiat founded SEERS Consulting.

Dr Khaiat is the current President of the CTFA, Singapore; he was also the former Chairman (2014-2019) of the ISO TC 217 (cosmetics), and the former Chairman of the ASEAN Cosmetic Association (2009-2011 and 2017-2019).

Mr Danilo Lambino is an inventor, engineer, cosmetic formulator and founder of Formulae 8, a company engaged in creative entrepreneurial technology and brand development ventures in the Beauty space. He’s also a cosmetic design influencer and a coach/mentor to millennial formulators-providing guidance in translating ingredients, devices and designs into products that delight, formulations that work, processes that are robust, concepts and claims that are compelling and solutions proven by science.
