The event named “Embracing Health Protecting Wealth” is jointly organised by Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), Direct Selling Association of Singapore (DSAS) and HSIAS (Health Supplements Industry Association (Singapore)). The workshop is scheduled for 25 November 2023, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, at the Toa Payoh Auditorium. 

This event aims to gather healthcare professionals, DSAS and HSIAS member companies, distributors, and consumers to educate them about the advantages of health supplements, promote preventive healthcare practices, and offer guidance on selecting products from reliable sources. 

Participant attending the event will receive a free goodie bag worth more than SGD $200 of products.* 

Distinguished speakers participating in the workshop includes:

Mr. Melvin Yong, President of CASE, who will share insights on protecting consumers from scams and fraudulent activities that are unfortunately becoming more prevalent.

Ms. Lee Li Lim, Deputy Director of Health Sciences Authority (HSA) will discuss the recently launched Voluntary Notification System (VNS) for Health Supplements (HS) and Traditional Medicines (TM), highlighting its role in elevating industry standards and consumer protection.

Dr. Vandana Garg, Medical Affairs Director trained in General Medicine and Business Management with 15 years of experience will provide valuable information on the immune system’s functioning, strategies for improving immunity, and combating pandemics.
