Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association of Singapore (CTFAS) will be held as follows:

📅 Date: Friday, 25th April 2025
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
📍 Format: Hybrid:
     – Physical Venue: RSM Singapore Office
     – Online Access: MS Teams (link to be shared upon RSVP confirmation)

AGM Agenda:

• Welcome & Opening Address
• Approval of Previous AGM Minutes
• Treasurer’s Report
• Secretary’s Report
• President’s Report
• Working Group Reports
• Proposed Amendments to the Constitution
• Election of Office-Bearers and Committee Members (April 2025 – April 2027 Term)
• Any Other Business

As per our Constitution, only Ordinary Members in good standing are eligible to vote. Each Ordinary Member shall be represented by one (1) authorised Members’ Representative.

📌 Nomination Process for Committee Elections:
Members may nominate representatives using the nomination form: Submit your nomination here.
Please submit nominations by Friday, 18 April 2025.

Your participation is important to us and essential to meet quorum requirements.
Kindly RSVP by Tuesday, 22 April 2025.
To ensure space availability at the physical venue, we kindly request that attendance be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per company.

Important Notes: 

• Only members in good standing (i.e. with fully paid membership fees) are eligible to vote or nominate representatives.
• If your company is unable to attend you may appoint a proxy by informing us at admin@ctfas.org.

Further details on the nomination process and forms for submission of Member’s Representative and Nominee for Committee will be sent in a separate email. Please ensure nominations are submitted by the stipulated deadline to facilitate a smooth election process.
