Membership Plans (from 2025)
* For first two years, after which membership fees and benefits will be applied based on the group’s annual revenue.
Starting in 2025, new applications will include a one-time administrative fee of S$200 and the membership fee.
The membership fee will be calculated on a pro-rated quarterly basis, depending on the month of approval.

On 29th July 2024, CTFAS hosted a Tea Talk titled “Breaking New Ground with CTFAS” at the SMU Yong Pung How School of Law seminar room. This event provided valuable insights and opportunities for members and stakeholders in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
Key topics included:
- CTFAS’s market access initiatives for China
- Regulatory strategies for Singapore SMEs entering the Chinese cosmetic market
- Regulatory updates for ASEAN and beyond.
- Briefing on the new WSQ Specialist Diploma in Personal Care Science that will be launched soon.
The event also featured the presentation of the CTFAS Gold Award for 2023/ 2024 to Ms Ng Voon Kunn (Specialist Diploma in Cosmetic Science, Singapore Polytechnic, Academic Year 2023/2024), celebrating excellence in the industry.
Attendees had the chance to network and exchange ideas, further enriching the session.
